Standing Guard

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant guard to work in a residential area in Chula Vista. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 8:00am-3:30pm and Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

Duties

• Monitor premises through regular patrols.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Document incidents and prepare reports as required.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Skills

• A valid BSIS Guard card is required.
• Proficient in conflict management to de-escalate tense situations.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly.
