About This Career
The security host position is the first person in the bar that has the opportunity to interact with guests and create regulars, as well as the last person who gets the opportunity to wish them well on their way out. Our security hosts are expected to embody the value, WE ARE FRIENDS AND FAMILY and this role certainly epitomizes that. When successful, this person will use humility and patience to create & keep a safe environment for guests and the bar team. Successful security hosts will do these things while also demonstrating hospitality and creating regulars through kind, compassionate and engaging interactions with our guests. In this role more than others security hosts will be faced with handling incidents at the bar, which is why the PWH value of WE TAKE THE HIGH ROAD is so crucial to success at the Security Host position.The security host position will work closely with MODs, bartenders, barbacks, and other security hosts, so communication and awareness are key here. As a host you are the first and last person to interact with our guests, so let’s make it one to remember!

Position Duties:
- Safety First – All incidents are handled with a calm and compassionate demeanor utilizing the no hands policy
- Hello Stranger & Goodbye Friend – Greet every single guest with an enthusiastic and genuine welcome to your venue & wish them a fond farewell while encouraging them to return
- Building Regulars – Know your regulars by name
About This Bar Seven Grand Whiskey Bar is a product driven venue which aims to explore the world of whiskey. We offer a large collection of International Spirits, Whiskey Cocktails, Local Craft Beers and Cigars. We curate The Seven Grand Whiskey Society and offer Live Entertainment.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
