Security Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, or incidents, providing appropriate assistance.
• Manage conflicts with professionalism and de-escalate potential issues.
• Prepare detailed incident reports as required.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
• Military experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: From $20.72 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
