Security Field Supervisor

Job Requirements

• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD
• Must be willing to Walk and/or stand entire shift
• MUST BE trained and are efficient with executing safety protocols in emergency situations!
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Perform daily checks on all City Libraries
• Train and assist new officers
• Follow-up with Clients to obtain feedback
• Verifying that guards are implementing all post orders and adhering to post guidelines during shift.
• Open post coverage when needed.
• Driving company patrol vehicle (Clean Driving record)
• Supervisor experience.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Must have exceptional experience with writing and reading daily activity reports
• Command a presence with the ability to guide and mentor security officers in a positive manner
• Enforce Contract Standards
• Administer site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards adhering to post orders
• Flexibility to adhere to multiple schedules if needed

This position is great for security guards who are looking for a Full-Time Permanent position at the local community libraries.

Available Shift:

• Thursday – Saturday / Time : 0845-1645 (8:45am-4:45pm)
• Monday – Tuesday / Time : 1045-1845 (10:45am-6:45pm)
• Off days : Sunday and Wednesday

Pay Rate: $21.00/per hour

Must have VALID guard card. Must have VALID drivers license with clean driving record.
