We are hiring a professional and responsible UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in San Antonio, TX 78247. To perform vehicle. FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY From 10:00pm to 6:00am (OVERNIGHT) You must have a smart phone and a reliable vehicle to work this post. The position pays $15.00 per hour and plus $1.00 using your own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Perform access controls at gates.
• Active foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

• Displaying security guard core values.

Requirements:

• Level II Uncommssioned Texas Security Certification is required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS

• Previous experience in Security highly preferred

• Strong customer service
• Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
