Armed Security Officer

Job Summary
BPS Security Is looking for a Licensed Armed Officer who has experience, License in Hand and Current, with all your own Gear. Officer must have his or her own vehicle and must be willing to work any shift given.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities.
• Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training related to security practices, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Valid armed security license as required by state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
