Job Description

As a Security Professional – Unarmed Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Officer in the Tech/Media/Telecom sector, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and being a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will also provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site. This position requires you to be comfortable using a computer or tablet and may involve lifting up to 20 lbs. Pay Rate: $14.75 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Texas Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
