Courtesy Officer

We are seeking a Courtesy Officer to join our team! You will be stationed inside of a guard booth located at one of our luxury gated residential communities. You will greet visitors, log, their vehicle, and then call the resident to allow the visitor onto the ground. After speaking with the resident you will then prepare a visitor pass and allow the visitor onto the property. We are also hiring Vehicle Patrol Officers

Responsibilities:

• Call Residents
• Challenge everyone who attempt to walk pass the guard booth
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Work closely with site property manager
• Perform all other office tasks
• Drive to several different locations and conduct a complete tour

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Clean Drivers License
