Overnight Security Concierge

“`Duties“`
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
– Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of guests
– Ensure the security and safety of guests by enforcing access control policies
– Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols

“`Experience“`
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Knowledge of first aid, CPR, conflict management, loss prevention, or law enforcement is a plus.
