Front Desk Concierge/Security Door Person

seeking Full/Part time

Salary: $14-16 hourly

Duties include:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of residents, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Lock doors and gates of entrances and exits to secure buildings
• Greet visitors, residents as they enter or exit premises
• Ensure all residents receive the services needed in a timely fashion.
• Handle all residents special requests in a professional manner.
• Provide information as needed for guests and residents when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile and empathy.
• Complete all front desk guest transactions and daily check list tasks.

Requirements/Skills: Candidate must be friendly, reliable, punctual and clean.

Excellent communication skills.'
