Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Bouncer/Security Personnel for temporary work. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of guests, enforce venue rules, and maintain a secure environment. MUST HAVE BOUNCER EXPERIENCE *HANDS OFF*

Responsibilities:

**• **Monitor venue entry and exit points

**• **Verify IDs

**• **De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances professionally

**• **Assist in crowd control and maintain order

**• **Work closely with venue staff and law enforcement if needed

**• **Conduct routine security checks

Requirements:

**• **Previous bouncer experience preferred

**• **Valid security license

**• **Strong physical presence and ability to stand for long periods

**• **Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

**• **Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
