Job Description

Allied Universal is hiring Security Officers to oversee a Residential Building located in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx, New York

• This position is: Part Time
• Work Shifts Available: Evenings and Overnights
• Work Days Available: Candidates should be flexible Mondays – Sundays
• DailyPay Available – Get paid, before payday
• Hourly Pay Rate: $20.58 – $21.58/ hour

Allied Universal® is hiring a Guest Services Associate. The Guest Services Associate (GSA) greets visitors and provides a professional and friendly interaction for the guests of a high profile customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with locating merchandise, back orders, shipping merchandise
• Customer service; greet employees and guests
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of retail experience in a customer service setting
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications
• Attention to detail
• Customer service skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Two (2) or more years of retail customer service experience
