Security/Concierge

## Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent, energetic, well groomed, professional and experienced Concierge with an valid security D license to join our team at a luxury Class A condominium on Key Biscayne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

## Responsibilities
– Monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the premises
– Possess CPR and First Aid certification to respond to emergencies
– Experience with access control to safeguard people, property and assets
– Utilize surveillance techniques to maintain a secure environment
– Demonstrate conflict management skills when handling difficult situations

## Experience
– Previous experience in security and concierge services is required
– Familiarity with security protocols and procedures mandatory
