Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals who enjoy working with the public to join our team as Gatehouse and Patrol Security Officers. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our community while delivering outstanding service to residents, visitors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gatehouse Duties:
• Welcome and process visitors and vendors efficiently and professionally at the front gate.
• Verify access credentials to ensure the safety and security of the community.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all visitors and vendors entering the property.
• Patrol Duties:
• Conduct regular rounds of the community using a golf cart or company-provided vehicle.
• Monitor common areas, including pools, parks, and recreational spaces, ensuring they remain secure and free of hazards.
• Enforce community parking regulations and report violations as necessary.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work alongside a minimum of one additional officer per shift, ensuring support and collaboration throughout.
• Alternate roles between gatehouse duties and patrol responsibilities during your shift.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class D Security License (required).
• Clean Driver’s License with a safe driving record (required).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, visitors, and vendors.
• A commitment to maintaining the safety and security of the community.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to role rotation during shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
