We offer services in all areas of the ramp, cabin cleaning, janitorial, security, passenger, and baggage handling operations.

Job Summary

The International Security team ensures all TSA, CBP, and client security protocols are enforced and followed. This team focuses on the interior and external threat search of the aircraft through extensive screening including explosives, lost items, and pat-downs, among others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce workplace security around supervised areas
  • Inspects airline equipment and checks for any unauthorized items
  • Perform Interior/Exterior Aircraft search
  • Performs aircraft monitoring, passenger wanding, and gate guarding
  • Exposed to high levels of heat/rain and toxic fumes
  • Monitoring all activities of the aircraft ensuring that nothing is left on board
  • Reports to Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager
  • Comply with AA/TSA/CBP policies and procedures
  • Complete all recurring training/certification in a timely manner
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Key Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a Security D License
  • Must have a Driver’s license
  • Must have relevant experience in security, safety, or customer service

  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must pass a criminal background check as well as a drug screen prior to employment
  • Must have schedule flexibility for the weekend, holiday, and night shifts
  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time.
  • Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment
  • The ability to work and communicate with all levels of Operations and management.
  • Should possess a work style and conduct that is approachable and hospitable, while motivated to achieve results.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
