Retail Security Bouncer Brickell
ELITE INVESTIGATIONS is seeking Retail Security Guards with BOUNCER experience to serve our high-end client.
Location: Brickell City Centre (701 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33131)
Pay Rate: $18.00**/hour PAID WEEKLY!
**$17.00/hour during probation period**

Schedules:
Schedule A
Sun 1030-1930; Mon 0930-2130; Tue 0930-2130; Wed 0930-1530; Thu/Fri/Sat Off
Schedule B
Sun/Mon/Tue Off; Wed 1530-2200; Thu 0930-2130; Fri 0930-2130; Sat 0930-2130
As a Retail Security Guard, your primary focus will be on preventing theft, minimizing losses, and maintaining a safe environment.
Duties:
- Must be able to deter shoplifters while providing excellent Customer Service.
- Must be able to VERBALLY DE-ESCALATE situations in a retail environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a Retail environment.
- Must be willing to utilize your personal smartphone for incident reporting, communication, and clocking into post.
- Must have availability to work retail hours to include weekend days.
- Must have strong communication skills
Must maintain Bouncer presence while onsite
Must have open availability
Qualifications:
- Must Possess FL Security D License
- Must speak English (Bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Must carry a true Bouncer physique
- Bouncer experience required
- Law Enforcement experience preferred
Must have OPEN availability
