Site Security Supervisor

Bryant Security is seeking two highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Supervisors to join our security team. This position requires candidates with prior military or law enforcement experience to ensure the safety and security of our campus community.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of security protocols. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of site operations while maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

Duties

• Supervise on-site staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to maintain site security.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
• Manage conflict resolution among staff and visitors, employing effective conflict management techniques.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential safety hazards.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
• Train new staff on security protocols, emergency procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within security or law enforcement settings.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred; additional certifications related to security are a plus.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with military or law enforcement practices is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by site demands.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
• Must have prior military or law enforcement experience (required).
• Previous experience as an armed security supervisor (required).
• Must have your own firearm and duty belt (required).
• Level II or Level III holster required (must be able to provide own).
• Valid state-issued security officer license, if applicable.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Shifts:

– Tuesday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

– Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
