Job Description
We are actively seeking a full time Security/Hospitality Officer to join our team. We currently have an opening on our overnight shift that needs immediate filling. We offer a competitive benefits package. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Serious inquiries only.
Duties:
Provide access control within the confines of residential condominium.
Monitor the premises through building patrols and closed circuit television.
Enforce all building policies.
Respond to all building emergencies.
Provide superior customer service to residents, guests and visitors to the building.
Complete daily reports and incident reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Current Security Class D license or be able to obtain one before employment
Be able to lift 50lbs
Be computer literate
Be able to communicate both written and orally
Being bi-lingual is a plus
