Security Officer

We are looking for a team member to add to our South Kendall Residential Site. Candidate must have flexibility in hours and site locations within a 25 mile location, so reliable transportation is a must!

Shifts available:

9pm to 5am, we do at times have extra hours of pool detail, 1pm to 9pm. An on property interview with the Captain will occur after the first initial zoom meeting.

Requirements:

State minimum D License

2yr experience in the Security Industry

Reliable Transportation

Cell Phone usage while on shifts

Duties:

To conduct security rounds on private/residential property. Rounds will be made by EV transportation and foot patrols. Ensuring compliance with property by-law and public ordinance are enforced (No Alcoholic Beverage, Scan of Proper ID, Hours of Operation & amenities closure)

Ability to communicate with residents in a firm, yet PROFESSIONAL manner.

Preferred Experience:

1yr + customer services

3yr +Security License D

Armed Service/Law Enforcement or other similar structure background

Problem Solving

Community Patrol

Crime Deterrence

Report writing

Summary:

All considered candidates will be contacted and expected to have open availability as this is an immediate hire position. Prior attendance and promptness will be considered as it reflects among the company and our clients.

As a company we do not hire site specific, yet we do take all geographical proximities into consideration. Shifts and overtime maybe available at alternate hours to accomplish intermediate company goals.
