Residential Armed Security Officer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated Armed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for a residential area.

Duties
– Patrol designated areas to detect and deter potential threats
– Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect residence, and control access points
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Write detailed incident reports
– Provide assistance to residents.

Requirements
– Must possess a valid security officer license.

– Must possess valid firearm license.

– Must have a vehicle transportation and a reliable cellphone.
– Prior experience preferred.
– Strong conflict management skills
– Knowledge of loss prevention strategies.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Residential Security: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Guard Card (Required)
• Firearms License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Los Angeles, CA 90004 (Required)
