Work Schedule: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

GENERAL SUMMARY
Under general supervision of Parking Operations Field Support Supervisor, provide information and assistance to customers within parking structures and remote parking lots. Makes decisions which impact customer service within approved guidelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent
• One (1) years of experience in customer service.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.

DESIRABLE

• Knowledge of Parking Operations policies and procedures.
• Ability to speak a foreign language. Those most frequently used at DFW are Spanish, Japanese, Vietnamese, French and Arabic.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft, including Outlook and Word.
• Works in and around Airport terminals for prolonged periods of time.
• Stands or sits for prolonged periods of time.
• Exchanges information in person by two-way radio and by mobile phone.
• Uses far-visual acuity in driving an electric cart and/or minivan.
• Drives to locations and transports other on Airport property.
• Communicates pleasantly with Airport patrons; remains calm in stressful situations.
• Uses keyboard devices and computer monitors.
• Performs mathematical calculations and works with statistical data.
• Traverses a distance of up to 6100 feet per shift in all weather conditions.
• Drives to locations on Airport property

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
