Are you an experienced, licensed Level 3 Security Officer looking to work in a dynamic and high-energy environment? Quell Protection is seeking larger, licensed Level 3 guards with 2+ years of experience for nightclub and bar security roles across the DFW area. We are a professional, family-oriented security company partnering with 30-40 different venues, and we’re looking for guards committed to excellence and ready to make a significant impact in the nightlife scene.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pat-downs, manage crowd control, and ensure the security of nightclub/bar guests.
• Station at entrances and exits, maintaining crowd safety and overseeing access points.
• Verify IDs, control entry, and manage behavior within the venue.
• Enforce restricted area policies, ensuring only authorized individuals gain access.
• Maintain a strong and professional security presence while remaining approachable and respectful.
