Security Officer (Full-time)

Title: Full-Time Security Guard and Customer Service Representative for Luxury Apartment Complex

Location: The Charles at Bexley

Salary: $18 per hour

Hours: 5pm-1am Monday-Friday

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Full-Time Security Guard and Customer Service Representative for our Luxury Apartment Complex. As a Security Guard and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the property and monitor activity to ensure safety and security
• Respond to resident requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Facilitate entrance to the property for residents and authorized visitors
• Create work orders for maintenance and repairs as needed
• Attend residential events and serve as a representative of the complex
• Act as a liaison between apartment administration and contractors/emergency officials after business hours
• Enforce community rules and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of the worksite
• Provide quality customer service to all residents and visitors

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition to carry out the duties of the job
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in security and/or customer service preferred
