Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Guard Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing market share for our security guard services.

Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, as well as a strong understanding of the security industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in security or law enforcement is preferred, but not required.
