Security Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations at our facility. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
– Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security standards
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
– Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and appropriately
– Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
– Train security staff on proper procedures and protocols
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
– Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents and activities

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
– Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
– Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
– Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
– Proficient in conflict management and resolution
– PERC Card
– First Aid/CPR certification preferred
– Experience in law enforcement or military is a plus

Friday-Tuesday, 4pm-12am, $25.00 per hour, full benefits package available (Medical, Dental and Vision).
