Our small but growing pharmaceutical supplier company needs a reliable, organized person to manage the day-to-day aspects of running the business, this includes tasks such as stock control, customer service, logistics and some quality.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent email/ phone conversation communication skills.
Duties:
– dealing with goods in and goods out procedures / damage/ return/ recall.
– delivery acceptance and dispatching.
– prepare shipments and communicate with cargo companies.
– communicate with suppliers/manufacturers to process orders/ returns
– communicate with customers / preparing invoices – packing lists – taking instructions
– perform daily tasks of stock management and data entry
We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.
