Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Fully Flexible; working up to 5 days out of 7, covering hours that can be between 07:00am -11:00pm on a rotational basis

Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2025

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for Security Officers to join our AWESOME Security & First Aid Team!

Our AWESOME Security Officers work as part of our resort security team ensuring that LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.

The Security team have the opportunity to interact with guests of all ages, assisting them with their queries, recommending your favourite attraction for them to visit alongside helping them feel safe and secure while they are spending their days with us. You’ll be a first point of contact for guests who may need your guidance or sometimes just your reassurance, so you’ll be approachable, welcoming and keen to have those genuine, meaningful interactions.

Some of the elements of your role are listed below (though this list is not exhaustive):

• Carry out bag searches for guests entering the park
• Be a first responder for any instances of conflict within the resort
• You will be involved in the resort’s loss and crime prevention program and are encouraged to remain vigilant for any activities or persons that could be deemed as suspicious
• Monitor commercial units acting as a deterrent to theft and to ensure a quick response for both staff and guests with any reported accusations of theft

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will hold an SIA licence (minimum door supervisor)
• A First Aid at Work certificate is advantageous
• You will have a passion for delivering excellent service, with an approachable manner
• You will be an excellent communicator, always remaining professional and calm in the event of an incident that could cause disruption or panic

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for Security Officers to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
