We are currently looking for a Security Mobile Supervisor to join our team and play a vital role in managing mobile patrol operations and ensuring our security personnel deliver top-notch services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mobile patrols, site inspections, and respond to alarms or incidents as required.

• Supervise and support security guards across various locations to ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.

• Act as a liaison between management, clients, and field staff to maintain strong communication and relationships.

• Prepare and submit detailed incident and shift reports.

• Monitor performance and provide guidance or training to team members.

• Coordinate scheduling to ensure optimal coverage for all shifts.

• Address and resolve operational challenges or emergencies in a timely manner.

• Ensure vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and ready for use.

• Uphold all legal, safety, and operational standards during patrols and field operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry or similar field.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Valid security license and G driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficient in preparing detailed reports and using technology (e.g., smartphones, scheduling apps).

• Knowledge of local security regulations and best practices.

Pay: $19.96-$21.10 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Security Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Security Guard Licence (preferred)
• Class G Licence (preferred)
