Security Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of loss prevention, law enforcement, and surveillance techniques.

Duties:
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
– Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security standards
– Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
– Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
– Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
– Train security staff on proper procedures and protocols
– Conduct regular performance evaluations of security personnel

Experience:
– Proven experience in a similar role as a Security Supervisor or in law enforcement
– In-depth knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices
– Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
