Job Description

Responsabilités principales:

  • Surveiller activement les caméras CCTV dans tout le bâtiment afin d'assurer la sécurité des lieux, du personnel et des visiteurs.
  • Accueillir et assister les visiteurs, les locataires et le personnel de manière professionnelle et courtoise . Assurer que la zone de la réception soit toujours propre, bien organisée et accueillante.
  • Prioriser les tâches en fonction de l'urgence et de l'importance, notamment en équilibrant les responsabilités de sécurité et administratives.
  • Effectuer des patrouilles régulières sur la propriété afin de vérifier tout risque potentiel pour la sécurité ou tout danger .
  • Maintenir une attitude positive et professionnelle en tout temps.
  • Contacter le personnel approprié pour annoncer l'arrivée des visiteurs et l’arrivée du courrier.
  • Gestion du courrier .
  • Gérer l'accès non autorisé et les attroupements; contacter les autorités compétentes si nécessaire.
  • Faire des recommandations et prendre des mesures pour corriger les problèmes de sécurité au besoin.
  • Répondre aux urgences, y compris les alertes médicales, les alarmes incendie et autres incidents.
  • Rédiger des rapports, assister à des projets spéciaux et informer la sécurité du site des comportements préoccupants des employés, des consultants ou des visiteurs.
  • A ccompagner les livraisons si nécessaire.
  • Capacité à soulever et transporter jusqu'à 15 lb.

Qualifications:

  • Permis valide d'agent de sécurité (BSP).
  • Doit être bilingue (français et anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Expérience avancée avec les systèmes CCTV et la surveillance de la sécurité.
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes de sécurité et de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Capacité à effectuer des patrouilles dans le bâtiment et à rester vigilant lors de longues périodes de travail.
  • Capacité à rester calme et composé en situation de stress ou d'urgence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor CCTV cameras throughout the building to ensure the safety and security of all premises, staff, and visitors.
  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and staff in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner. Ensure that the front desk area is always organized, clean, and welcoming.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, especially when balancing security duties with administrative responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to check for any potential security risks and/or hazards.
  • Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Contact appropriate staff to announce visitor and mail/courier arrivals and manage courier deliveries.
  • Prevent unauthorized access and loitering; contact law enforcement if necessary.
  • Make recommendations and take action to correct security issues as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies, including medical alerts, fire alarms, and other incidents.
  • Prepare reports, assist with special assignments, and inform site security of behavioral concerns regarding employees, consultants, or visitors.
  • Perform security escort duties and provide assistance or chaperone for deliveries as required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid security guard license (BSP).
  • Must be Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience with CCTV systems and security surveillance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and security systems.
  • Ability to conduct building patrols and remain vigilant during long shifts.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful or emergency situations.
