Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Canada.

Title: Security Guard

Location: Cornwall and its surrounding

Pay rate: $17.50 -$19.50

Job Type: Part-Time

Shift Hours: Various shift time / rotational (00:00-12:00/12:00-00:00)

Shift Type: Weekend ( Saturday& sunday )

Job Summary:

As a Security personnel you will be responsible for access control, facility patrol, reception, and enforcement of site regulations.

Requirement:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)
• Must be 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in English is required
• G Driver's license.
• Valid first aid certification
• 1 year or more of security related experience
• First aid and CPR certification required
• Excellent customer service and resourcefulness
• Good communication skills (written/oral)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Access control of entryways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
• Facility patrol and enforcement of site regulations.
• Monitor security cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect and deter any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
• Enforce property regulations and city bi-laws on the client's site
• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service
• Good adaptability
