Security Guard (Part Time) On-Call

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols. This is an on-call part-time position with an event date scheduled for November 24, 2024.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to disturbances or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent loss or damage.
• Assist in the investigation of incidents and prepare detailed reports as required.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
• A valid driver's license may be necessary depending on job location.
